Computed tomography (CT) of the abdomen/pelvis reveals a 22 × 13 mm enhancing mass lesion (circle) located in the pancreatic head (a). EUS-guided ethanol ablation is performed with the 22-gauge needle by injecting 98% alcohol in 0.01 mL to 0.1 mL aliquots (b).
