Generation of Neurospheres from Human Adipose-Derived Stem Cells

Immunocytochemistry for the expression of Nestin, GFAP, MAP2, and NeuN in cells differentiated from neurospheres. Analyses showed that the cells were positive for the expression of these markers, especially the expression of the mature neural marker (NeuN) and astrocyte marker (GFAP).
