Efficiency of phage 1513 in vivo. Survival curves of the infected mice treated with either PBS or phages at different multiplicities of infection (MOI). A group of 10 mice were inoculated via the intranasal route with 2 × 10⁸ CFU/mouse K. pneumoniae. Various doses of phage 1513 were administrated intranasally 2 h after infection.
