IFNγ and IL-4 local productions in liver parenchyma of hamsters intramuscularly immunized with AcNPV-WT, AcNPV-LC3 and challenged. Cytokines in soluble livers extracts from hamsters of AcMPV-WT and AcMPV-LC3 groups were evaluated by ELISA. Concentrations in extracts from immunized and nonprotected hamsters (white bars), partially protected hamsters (grey bars), and hamsters with sterile protection (black bars) are shown.
