MTs disassembly and F-actin rearrangement were involved in PEDF-induced endothelial barrier dysfunction. (a) Endothelial cells were incubated under the conditions described in Figure 3(a). All the cells were stained for a-tubulin (red) and the nucleus was stained for DAPI (blue). Representative images show the MTs organization.
