The two dots on the forehead are 5 cm apart and are used for calibration. (b) Each line indicates distance measurements corresponding to the 6 selected muscles at rest. The lines from mid upper lip to the cheek point 4 cm out are used for both buccinator and orbicularis oris measurements.
