A New Methodology for Evaluation of Nematode Viability

<div><i>C. elegans </i>larvae (L<sub>3</sub>) treated with ivermectin (a) at concentrations 0.01 to 1000 <i>μ</i>M (identical curves) and albendazole sulfoxide (b) at concentrations 0.01 to 4000 <i>μ</i>M, stained with propidium iodide. The larvae were incubated with the drugs for 48 and 72 hours in all treatment.</div>
