cspA Influences Biofilm Formation and Drug Resistance in Pathogenic Fungus Aspergillus fumigatus

cspA gene disruption changes the growth of A. fumigatus. Conidia of A. fumigatus 293T (WT), ΔcspA, and cspAC were inoculated and cultured in 37°C. 10⁵ conidia in 10 μL were spotted in the center of PDA plates and cultured for 4 d. The colonial diameter was measured each day, and the data was used to prepare a growth rate curve.
