cspA gene disruption postpones A. fumigatus biofilm development. Each of 96-well plates was inoculated with 100 μL of PDB containing different concentrations of conidia of WT or mutants per well and incubated for 20 h at 37°C. Then they were stained by 0.5% crystal violet for 30 min at room temperature, and absorbance at a wavelength of 570 nm () was examined.
