cspA gene disruption renders A. fumigatus different hyphal crosslinking. 200 μL PDB containing conidia was inoculated per well of 24-well plate and cultured for 16 h at 37°C. Then each sample was stained by 20 μM FUN1 probe. Fluorescence microscope was adopted.
