B–E: 12 mm ports (the port for E was converted from 5 mm to 12 mm during the operation). P: A Nelaton catheter with vessel tape inside Pringle maneuver was directly inserted through this 5 mm port size hole. The operator mainly used B, C for left-side and D, E for right-side parenchymal transection. The assistant mainly used the other ports for suction and retraction of the liver.
