Application of Hydrogel in Reconstruction Surgery: Hydrogel/Fat Graft Complex Filler for Volume Reconstruction in Critical Sized Muscle Defects

<div>3T3-L1 culture in collagen matrix gel with 1 : 1 dilution, day 7 after seeding. Layers of cells can be observed inside the hydrogel gel matrix. Cell viability and proliferation can be sustained for more than 21 days with constant refreshment of medium surrounding the hydrogel matrix.</div>
