Its coexpression patterns with the functionally associated genes in normal and NSCLC were shown separately. Line colors of red, blue, and orange indicated the positive, negative, and random coexpression. (b) is similar to (a), except that the example is a downregulated gene biomarker—N6AMT1. The color of each gene represented its expression level. The ROC curves to the right were based on the corresponding gene modules of SEC61B and N6AMT1.
