FPR2 mediated SAA-induced Visfatin production in RAW264.7 cells. (a) RAW264.7 cells were pretreated with FPR2 siRNA (20 nM) for 6 h and with WRW⁴ (30 μM) for 1 h before the cells were stimulated with SAA. Then, WKYMVm (100 nM, a FPR2 agonist) was also used to treat the cells for 24 h. The expression of Visfatin was detected with western blot at protein level. (b) Real-time PCR showed a similar result. versus control group; versus SAA treatment group. Data shown are means ± SEM from three independent experiments in duplicate.
