(a) The droplet finished sinking inside the silicone oil and began to sediment. (b) The TA sediment gradually precipitated to the bottom of the drug droplet before finally breaking the surface tension of silicone oil and BSS. (c) The TA dispersed into the BSS layer after breaking the surface tension.
