Histone Lysine Methylation in TGF-<i>β</i>1 Mediated p21 Gene Expression in Rat Mesangial Cells

<div>Changes in relative expression of the p21 mRNA and protein between TGF-<i>β</i>1 treatment and control (ctrl) groups. TGF-<i>β</i>1 treated MC and control groups are investigated by RT-QPCR (a) and western blot (b); <i>β</i>-actin was used as internal control gene.
