KvLEA, a New Isolated Late Embryogenesis Abundant Protein Gene from Kosteletzkya virginica Responding to Multiabiotic Stresses

Figure 3

Transcript accumulation of KvLEA in response to different abiotic stresses. (a) 15% (w/v) PEG 6000 treatment, (b) high temperature 42°C treatment, (c) 4°C chilling treatment, and (d) 100 μM ABA treatment. The heat and the chilling stresses were achieved in artificial climatic chambers. Drought and ABA treatments were performed through irrigating sufficient nutrition solutions with corresponding concentrations of PEG and ABA; meanwhile, the control sample was watered only with nutrition solution. Three biological replicates were carried out for every stress treatment and the mean values were used for the expression analysis. Expression analysis was carried out with ΔΔCt method. Error bar indicates SD ().
