PD-L1 inhibited the apoptosis of sphere cells. After coculturing with anti-PD-L1 for 14 days, tumorspheres were collected and then dissociated into a single cell suspension. The apoptosis rates of (a) B16-F0 spheres and(b) B16-F1 spheres were measured using flow cytometry. (c) The chart shows the apoptosis rate in each group.
