The levels of serum TSAb activity (%) in healthy controls and patients group and the correlations between serum TSAb activity and circulating Th17, CD4⁺Foxp3⁺ Treg, and CD19⁺CD1CD5⁺ Breg proportions and the ratio of Th17/Treg. The levels of serum TSAb activity were shown as mean ± SD. The correlation analysis was conducted using the Pearson correlation test. A value < 0.05 was considered statistical difference.
