Molecular Mechanism of Matrine from Sophora alopecuroides in the Reversing Effect of Multi-Anticancer Drug Resistance in K562/ADR Cells

Determination of IC₅₀s of DOX and PTX in the combination of different concentrations of matrine. Cell viabilities were examined by WST-8 assay. IC₅₀s were calculated. Reversal fold = IC₅₀s for cells treated with matrine/IC₅₀s for cells treated without matrine. Each value of IC₅₀ represented as mean and SD of three independent experiments.
