Tenascin-C Is Increased in Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Is Associated with response to Infliximab Therapy

<div>TNC promotes IL-6 expression in THP-1 cells. THP-1 cells were stimulated with LPS or TNC for 6 hours. mRNA expression of IL-1<i>β</i> (a), IL-6 (b), IL-8 (c), MCP-1 (d), and TNF-<i>α</i> (e) was assessed in the three groups (<i>n</i> = 3/group).
