Examination of the Effects of Curvature in Geometrical Space on Accuracy of Scaling Derived Projections of Plant Biomass Units: Applications to the Assessment of Average Leaf Biomass in Eelgrass Shoots

<p>Residuals and normal probability plots ((a) and (b) one to one) for the fitting of the biphasic regression model to processed data. Compared with the TAMA fit, distribution of residuals about the zero line improved. Moreover, the Q-Q plot shows heavier tails than those expected for a normal distribution.</p>
