Antitumor Effect of Albendazole on Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC) Cells

<p>Cytotoxicity of albendazole in SCC cell lines. SCC12 and SCC13 cells were treated with albendazole at the indicated concentrations for 24 h. MTT assay was performed to determine cell viability. Albendazole induced the cell death at more than 0.2 <i>μ</i>M in both SCC12 and SCC13 cells. Data are expressed as percentage of control (0 mg/ml albendazole).
