Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Is Regulated by the Canonical and Noncanonical Transforming Growth Factor-<i>β</i> Pathway in Synovial Fibroblasts Derived from Osteoarthritis Patients

<div>p38 inhibitor partially suppressed TGF<i>β</i>-induced <i>VEGF</i> mRNA and completely suppressed VEGF protein production. VEGF mRNA by RT-PCR (a) and VEGF protein concentration by ELISA (b).
