Phylogenetic Analysis and Screening of Antimicrobial and Antiproliferative Activities of Culturable Bacteria Associated with the Ascidian<i> Styela clava</i> from the Yellow Sea, China

<p>A neighbor-joining phylogenetic tree based on 16S rRNA gene sequences showing the relationships of bacterial strains associated with the ascidian<i> S. clava</i> and related taxa. A total of 26 genera were isolated from the ascidian<i> S. clava</i>, and we chose one species from each genus.
