Cas1 increases the sensitivity of M. smegmatis to multiple anti-tuberculosis drugs. REsazurine Microtiter Assay (REMA) was used to determine the antibiotic sensitivity of recombinant strains mc² 155_Cas1 and mc² 155_Vec to different drugs: (a) rifampicin, (b) ethambutol, (c) levofloxacin, and (d) streptomycin.
