[Retracted] Noncoding RNAs Act as Tumor-Derived Molecular Components in Inducing Premetastatic Niche Formation

Mechanism of premetastatic niche formation. Primary tumors prior modulate the premetastatic niche in preparation for tumor cell colonization even before their arrival. TDMCs have the functions of recruiting BMDCs, making the immune heterogeneity, altering the vasculature, and reprogramming. They create premetastatic niche as the signal transduction mediators. NcRNAs, one of TDMCs, are involved in the formation of premetastatic niche. MiRNAs, lncRNAs, and circRNAs are building a well-regulated interaction network by directly regulating with each other.
