ZBTB7A was involved in the regulation of lipogenesis and fatty acid beta-oxidation. (a) HepG2 cells were stably knocked down with sh-ZBTB7A and scramble control, then treated with oleic acid for 24 h, and then subjected to test the expression of FASN.
