Effect of polyphenols quercetin, epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), and resveratrol on visfatin secretion by human mature SGBS adipocytes at 24 and 48 hours. Cells were cultured in medium and incubated with 10 or 25 mM of quercetin, EGCG, and resveratrol for 24 and 48 hours. Visfatin levels were determined in the cell supernatant by commercially available methods.
