Average pCa₅₀ and maximum force (𝐹_max) data obtained from the force calcium relationships (𝑛=10 for DMS and 𝑛=9 for staurosporine). A significant difference (𝑃<0.05 denoted with *) was seen in the pCa₅₀ and 𝐹_max between the 1 and 4 Hz under control conditions (panels (a) and (b)). These shifts in sensitivity and 𝐹_max were eliminated by staurosporine (panels (c) and (d)).
