<table>Effect of Escin on survival of cultured pancreatic cancer cells. Panc-1, MIA-Paca, COLO 357, and p34 cells were plated in 96-well plates and treated with Escin (2–30 <i>μ</i>M) for 3 days. Cell survival was assessed by XTT assay in 3 independent experiments conducted in triplicates.</table>
