Modeling Dendrimers Charge Interaction in Solution: Relevance in Biosystems

SAXS spectra of amine terminated (G4) and sodium carboxylate terminated (G3.5) PAMAM dendrimers in methanol solution at the concentration of wt.%. The presence of a peak in the SAXS spectra (more pronounced for the G3.5 system) gives indication that a long range structural order between dendrimers of electrostatic origin is present in solution.
