Enzyme kinetics of crude and purified intracellular sucrase: intracellular sucrase was incubated in the assay mixture with varying range of substrate concentration (0.20–10 mM) at a fixed incubation time to estimate the enzyme activity of crude (a) and purified (b) intracellular sucrase. The inset represents the Lineweaver-Burk plot of velocity and substrate concentration of crude and purified intracellular sucrase which shows of 6.6 mM and 1.61 mM of sucrose, respectively. The results are the mean of three independent experiments ().
