Comparison of Fecal Calprotectin Methods for Predicting Relapse of Pediatric Inflammatory Bowel Disease

<div><i>FCal in predicting relapse in pediatric IBD patients</i>. FCal levels were assessed in 40 pediatric patients with IBD to evaluate the capacity of FCal to determine relapse. FCal levels (<i>μ</i>g/g) were analyzed using Bühlmann Calprotectin POCT, PhiCal Calprotectin-EIA, and Phadia 250 EliA-Calprotectin with positive (Y) or negative (N) colonoscopy of active IBD.</div>
