An<i> In Vivo</i> Study on Intoxicating Effects of<i> Nerium oleander</i> Water Based Extract on Multiorgans of Wistar Rat

<div>Real-time PCR analysis shown as fold change of mRNA expression of IL-6 in the liver of the rats after administration of<i> N. oleander</i>. Significant upregulation in fold change was noted up to 12 h time point. Results were normalized with housekeeping gene ß-actin.
