Effect of pancreatic cancer cells overexpressed or silenced PUM1 on proliferation of HUVECs. To construct a transwell co-culture system, MIA PaCa-2 and PANC-1 cells of ov-NC, ov-PUM1, sh-NC, and sh-PUM1 were cultured in the upper chamber of a transwell insert, and HUVECs were cultured in the lower chamber. (a) Absorbance (OD value) at 450 nm wavelength was detected by cell proliferation assay to reflect the proliferation of HUVECs. (b)–(c): Percentage of EdU-positive cells was analyzed by EdU assay to reflect the proliferation of HUVECs. Panel B is the quantitative statistical results.
