Overexpression of microRNA-211 in Functional Dyspepsia via Downregulation of the Glial Cell Line-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (GDNF) by Increasing Phosphorylation of p38 MAPK Pathway

<div>Levels of p38 MAPK and pp38 MAPK. (a) IEC-6 cells precultured with CM collected from different experimental group were lysed, and assayed for p38 MAPK and pp38 MAPK using SDS gel electrophoresis followed by immunoblotting. Chemiluminescence signal of (b) p38 MAPK and (c) pp38 MAPK was quantified by densitometry.
