Nec-1 attenuated GA-induced proliferation inhibition. 2 µmol/L GA and 20 µmol/L Nec-1 were used to treat cells for 3 days, and MTT assay was performed to measure viable cells in AGS (a) and HGC27 (b) cells at the indicated time point.
