Gambogic Acid Inhibits Gastric Cancer Cell Proliferation through Necroptosis

Necroptosis inhibitors ameliorated GA-induced cell proliferation inhibition. AGS cells or HGC27 cells were treated with indicated inhibitors as described in Materials and Methods. PGAM5 knockdown stable cell line was also used. MTT assay ((a) AGS; (b) HGC27) and colony formation assay ((c) AGS; (d) HGC27) were performed to test the proliferation of the cells after treatment. ; ; .
