FPRG PET/CT (a) and NaF/FDG PET/CT (b) images of patient #3 with MM at time of relapse, more than 4 years after diagnosis and end of treatment. The number of osteolytic FLs with FPRG uptake () was far lower than with NaF/FDG uptake (). The green arrows point at an osteolytic FL of T9 showing high NaF/FDG uptake ((b) red arrows; 10.2) but no focal FPRG uptake ((a) 1.8).
