Comparative Evaluation of Anti-HER2 Affibody Molecules Labeled with <sup>64</sup>Cu Using NOTA and NODAGA

<div>(a) In vitro binding specificity of <sup>64</sup>Cu-NODAGA-ZHER2:S1 and <sup>64</sup>Cu-NOTA-ZHER2:S1 to HER2-expressing SKOV-3 cells. In the blocked group, receptors were presaturated with a 100-fold excess of nonlabeled affibody molecules. Panels (b) and (c) show the cellular processing of <sup>64</sup>Cu-NOTA-ZHER2:S1 (b) and <sup>64</sup>Cu-NODAGA-ZHER2:S1 (c) by SKOV-3 cells. Cells were incubated with the conjugate (1 nM) at 37°C. Data are presented as the mean of three samples ± SD.</div>
