Comparative Evaluation of Radioiodine and Technetium-Labeled DARPin 9_29 for Radionuclide Molecular Imaging of HER2 Expression in Malignant Tumors

<div>In vitro binding specificity of [<sup>99m</sup>Tc]Tc(CO)<sub>3</sub>-DARPin (a) and [<sup>125</sup>I]I-DARPin 9_29 (b) to HER2-expressing cells. In the blocked group, receptors were presaturated with a 100-fold excess of unlabeled DARPin. Data are presented as the mean of three samples ± SD.</div>
