Measured standard deviation of reconstructed conductivity from Figure 5. ROI (region of interest) was located in the normal gray, white matter, and anomalies with the voxel size of 5 × 5 × 5 mm3. Note CoReHA provides only conductivity contrast information. We therefore show standard deviation of conductivity values as a quantitative criterion representing an improvement in conductivity images.
