Novel Computational Methods and Tools in Biomedicine and Biopharmacy
Description
With the rapid development of next-generation sequencing techniques and the high-throughput systems for biomedical and biopharmacy data, it is desired to develop the various computational approaches and tools that can derive and analyze important information from them to promote the development of biomedicine and drug design.
This special issue focuses on recent research progress on the computational methods and tools in biomedicine and biopharmacy. We invite authors to contribute review and research papers addressing the open biomedicine and biopharmacy problems with the computational and mathematics methods. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
- Computational approaches in personalized medicine
- Data mining methods for the analysis of the next-generation sequencing (NGS) data in medicine
- Data modeling in systems biomedicine
- Computer-aided drug analysis and design
- Novel computational approaches in the biomedical image analysis
- Bioinformatics approaches in immune regulation and system analysis
- Computational methods in the SNP network analysis and construction
- New computational technology in disease biomarker discovery
Before submission authors should carefully read over the journal’s Author Guidelines, which are located at http://www.hindawi.com/journals/cmmm/guidelines/. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their manuscript through the journal Manuscript Tracking System at http://mts.hindawi.com/submit/journals/cmmm/tool/ according to the following timetable:
