Rationale for the computation of the titer response score. The score integrates the responses obtained with the three strains represented in the TIV (H1N1, H3N2, and influenza B) by summing the logarithmic deviations of the ratios from the threshold value of the class to which the subject belongs (2 for low responders, 8 for high responders).
