Example of processed glycaemia records from the database. Single missing samples were linearly interpolated, longer missing epochs were removed, and shorter than 5 day-time series were discarded. Samples were taken from the central part of the records to avoid border effects. All these constraints are well featured in the changes that can be pinpointed with record 01M+ in this and previous Figure 1. Records corresponding to baseline, 1 month, 10 months, and 3 months after DJBL removal, are depicted. Sampling frequency was 5 minutes.
