Insulinoma Causing Liver Metastases 15 Years after Initial Surgery, Accompanied by Glomerulonephritis

<table>Gross appearance of liver in autopsy showed a few scattered, barely visible gray-whitish nodules with diameter varying from 2 to 6 mm. Light microscopy clearly revealed scattered minute roundish tumours, which were declared to be metastases.</table>
