Within the lateral limb of the left adrenal gland, there is a 2.2 × 2.2 cm lesion (blue arrows) with uniformly high signal intensity on T2-weighted sequences (b) and low signal on T1-weighted images (a) with no significant loss of signal on opposed phase relative to in phase images.
