Concurrent Esophageal Dysplasia and Leiomyoma

(a) Esophagus: a tongue of Barrett’s was found in the distal third of the esophagus. (b): A nodule was found in the GE junction. A mucosal resection (using a Duette EMR kit) was performed, with success.
