Platelets, serum creatinine, and lactate dehydrogenase measurements from day 1 of initial hospitalization until discharge. Plasma exchange was initiated on day 1 and stopped on day 2. Eculizumab was initiated on day 12. Renal replacement therapy was initiated on day 16 and stopped on day 46.
